Leading scorer Dean Windass and towering defender David Wetherall this week pledged their loyalty to the club for the next 21 months at least.
Windass has agreed to a contract which runs out after 2005/2006 season while Wetherall is likely to see out his career at Valley Parade when his present deal comes to an end in 2008.
Both players turned down moves to join other clubs in the summer.
