Ben Muirhead, Michael Standing and Clint Davies have all been told they are surplus to requirements and are expected to be released in the summer.
Muirhead joined the Bantams from Manchester United in March 2003, but was usually on the fringes of the starting line-up.
Midfielder Standing did not fare much better after he arrived at the club two years ago, making a total of 24 league appearances and scoring two goals during his first season.
He failed to build on that and things quickly turned sour for the former Aston Villa and England youth international player who has featured just six times in the first team since August.
Meanwhile, third choice keeper Clint Davies always faced an uphill battle trying to compete with Alan Combe and Mark Paston for top spot and went to Halifax Town on loan. The Aussie -- who is 21 tomorrow -- has started only one game for City since his move to Valley Parade in July last year.
