Midfielder Steven Schumacher and striker Michael Symes have both signed two year contracts after training with the Bantams during pre-season.
The pair, who were freed by Everton in the summer, are the just latest names to join Bradford.
Defender Darren Holloway recently put pen to paper on a deal that will keep him at City until 2006 while Jamaican international goalkeeper Donovan Ricketts has arrived on loan for a year.
Todd also hopes to add Australian stopper Paul Henderson to the ranks to provide some competition for the number one spot.
