Daley, 29, is now eligible for Tuesday's visit of Burton, a match that Bradford interim manager Peter Jackson has labelled as a "must win".
Rotherham winger Kevin Ellison, who is at Bradford as part of the Daley loan-deal, will remain at Valley Parade.
Daley had been on loan at Rotherham since the middle of February, scoring once in eight appearances.
