The interim Bantams boss saw Luke Oliver join Simon Ramsden and Shane Duff in the treatment room after the defender picked up a hamstring injury in the 1-1 draw with Northampton at the weekend.
Jon Worthington received a red card in the closing stages of the same match to leave City light on numbers.
But Jackson told the club's official site that he has faith in the quality of his squad.
"I believe in the strength of our squad and these injuries and bans may give someone else an opportunity to impress me," he said.
"We do have some issues at right-back and centre-back, as well as in midfield - but that's football."
