"Nathan is definitely with us to the end of the season. It's been agreed with Derby manager Billy Davies'" Todd told the Telegraph and Argus.
The paperwork is still to be finalised but Todd foresee's no probem.
"He has been brilliant for us. There have been some consistent performances from quite a few of the players but Nathan's been right up there."
