On-loan Manchester United midfielder Sam Hewson could make his Bury debut.
Striker Andy Bishop could also feature after making a substitute appearance in Monday's 1-0 win over League Two leaders Rochdale.
Bradford City manager Stuart McCall told BBC Radio Leeds:
"Bury are very competitive and workmanlike. They work very hard for each other and we have to match that.
"The pitch is likely to be heavy with the rain forecast so we are going to have to really battle.
"With the position we are in maybe most of the games left this season will be battles and might not be great spectacles.
"I think Saturday will be a close game and we need to ensure we come out on the right side of the result."
