The evening kicks off at 7.30pm, dealing first with Trust business, followed by a fans forum with club captain Graeme Lee, Barry Conlon, BCFC director of operations Dave Baldwin and Andy Hindle, chairman of the White Abbey Supporters Club, which is based at the Irish Club.
Everyone is welcome to attend and there are no age restrictions. Entrance is free and full bar facilities will be provided.
