But the club have been warned future fixtures at Valley Parade will be monitored and the Bantams face disciplinary action should further incidents be reported.
An FA statement said: "The Football Association does not propose to take any further action on this occasion.
"However, please be advised that we may consider disciplinary action against the club if further reports of spectator misconduct should be received and the association reserves the right to refer to the current matter in such circumstances."
